Church Paving Project
It was a true blessing for our team at MK3 Construction Ltd. to execute this parking lot overhaul for Archangel Raphael & St. Marina Coptic Orthodox Church in Burlington. We tackled the full tear-out and laid the fresh asphalt on day one, followed immediately by line painting the next day.
Concrete Project
When the client’s operations depend on a functional yard, there’s no room for delays. We ripped out the old, failing asphalt and poured an 8” concrete slab to handle the heaviest loads—all while keeping downtime to an absolute minimum.

Our team recently had the pleasure of constructing this custom warehouse office for a long-time client. It’s now a dedicated, comfortable space for 3 team members to get to work!

Burlington Parking Lot
We wrapped up this 17,000 sqft of heavy-duty asphalt removal and relay—but we didn't stop at the surface. Before the new lift went down, we went deep to handle foundation leak repairs and full waterproofing to ensure all walls stay dry and structural for years to come.
Paving Project
Building a parking lot is about more than just asphalt and lines; it’s about creating a path for the community to come together.
Last year, our team had the absolute honor of serving at the St. Mina and Pope Kyrillos Monastery. Working on this parking lot extension for our Coptic Orthodox Church was a project that felt less like work and more like a blessing.
A huge highlight for me was the time spent with these two incredible monks. Serving alongside them was a truly grounding experience that reminded us all why we do what we do.
Log Removal

Butterfly Valve Instalation
Installed a 12" butterfly valve on a STORM system with an electric actuator fully controlled from inside the building. In this application, it's used as part of a containment system in case there is a chemical spill during a delivery.
